FAQs
- Is 30 minutes guaranteed?
- No. It applies to eligible, supported cards within the per-appointment limit. Cards needing expert review, unsupported cards, or high declared values can take longer — sometimes overnight.
- Who decides the grade?
- A central grading standard. Store staff capture evidence and handle encapsulation but cannot set or change a grade.
- What if my card can’t be authenticated?
- It is returned to you unsealed and uncertified. In this demo policy, no grading fee is charged for cards that cannot be certified.
- Which cards are supported?
- The prototype supports a small sample catalog. A production catalog would be published and versioned.
